Problema pérdida conexión rasberry 3+ Home asistant

Hola buenas,
Soy nuevo por aquí y por favor necesitaría que alguien me diese luz al problema que estoy teniendo con mi home asistant que tengo instalado en una rasberry 3+

Hacia mas de un mes que no lo arrancaba y hoy he ido a ponerlo al día y me encuentro que cada menos de 10 segundos (pasando de un menu a otro a veces me ocurre) me aparece el siguiente mensaje

Conexión perdida. Reconectando ..

He cambiado el cable de red que va al router, he reiniciado este ultimo pero el problema persiste y no hay manera de hacer nada. Comentar que en una de las innumerables veces que he reiniciado mi rasberry, he visto que al arrancar me salia como un rayo a la derecha (aunque solo ha sido una vez).

¿Podéis ayudarme por favor? Cualquier idea será bienvenida.

Fallo de alimentación ponle un fuente original y si le tienes cosas que puedan gastar por usb es mejor que vayan alimentadas (hub usb con alimentación).
